Accessibility Statement
Last updated October 1, 2026.
Our commitment
Broadsight wants everyone to be able to learn about our work, find what they need on our websites and get in touch with us easily. We treat accessibility as part of how we design, write and build, not as a separate task.
What this statement covers
This statement covers Broadsight’s public websites, including broadsight.ca and our knowledge base and resource content.
If you use the Broadsight platform, or are evaluating it for your organization, email info@broadsight.ca for information about its accessibility, including documentation you need for procurement.
Our approach and standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as the reference for our websites. Broadsight has not completed a formal, independent WCAG conformance assessment and does not hold an accessibility certification, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we have done
- Pages use clear headings, landmarks and a consistent structure, so they can be navigated with a screen reader or keyboard.
- Navigation, menus, links, buttons and forms can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG colour contrast requirements.
- Animated product demonstrations have a pause control, and animation is reduced or turned off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Pages work at phone, tablet and desktop sizes without scrolling sideways.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and tables have row and column headers.
Known limitations
Some parts of our websites rely on services from other companies, which we cannot fully control:
- Contact, demonstration, help and beta forms, and our cookie banner, are provided through HubSpot.
- Embedded videos are provided through Vimeo and Loom. If you need a transcript or captions for a video, contact us and we will provide them.
- Interactive product demonstrations use fictional sample data to show how Broadsight works. The surrounding page text describes what each demonstration shows, and we can describe any demonstration in more detail on request.
- Some older blog posts, knowledge base articles and downloadable documents may not yet meet the same standard as our main pages.
Other formats
If you need any page or document from our websites in another format, such as plain text or large print, let us know and we will provide it.
Feedback and contact
If you find an accessibility barrier, or need help reaching information on our websites, please contact us:
- Email: info@broadsight.ca
- Mail: Broadsight Technology Corporation, 800 Robson Street, Vancouver, British Columbia
If you can, include the page you were on and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within two business days.
How we checked
This statement was prepared in October 2026 based on automated accessibility testing of our main website pages at desktop and phone sizes, together with manual keyboard checks. We review it when we make significant changes to our websites, and at least once a year.
